Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City with a mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Olyphant. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blakely. For directions or to leave an online condolence visit the funeral home website. Victoria Misiura, 98, of Olyphant, died Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Misiura, who died in 1980. Born in Dickson City, she was the daughter of the late Thaddeus and Magdelena Czapukajtis Rzeszewski. She was a former member of St. Michael the Archangel Church, Olyphant, and presently she is a member of Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick’s Church, Olyphant. She was educated in Dickson City schools and prior to retirement, she was a floor lady at Dress Makers Inc., Olyphant. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt who was active with the Olyphant American Legion Auxiliary. She was a huge New York Yankee fan who enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed. Surviving is a daughter, Kathleen Kutsop, Scranton; a son, Jerry Misiura, and companion, Carol Cosmetis, Throop; four grand-daughters, Kortney Hyslop, and husband Stephen, Philadelphia, Kristen Kutsop, Herndon, VA, Kelsie Armstrong, and husband Robert, Glenside, PA, and Kali Kutsop, Corning, NY; a grandson, Marc Misiura, Dunmore; a great-grandson, Lucas Hyslop; brother, Ronald Rzeszewski and wife, Mary Lou, Dickson City, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Janette Lebida, Margaret Homish, Eleanor Hazeldon, a brother, Thaddeus Rzeszewski. The funeral will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. from the Frank T.
