Thomas J. Logan, 66, of Dickson City, died Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Inpatient Unit of the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. He is survived by his wife the former, Rosemary Laboranti. They had been married 44 years.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Thomas and Pearl Bernatovitch Logan and he was a former member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Dickson City and St. Mary’s Visitation Church, Dickson City. He was a graduate of Dickson City High School, class of 1968 and prior he had been employed by RCA Corporation for 34 years.

Tom served on the Dickson City Council, the Mid Valley School Board, Housing Inspector for Dickson City and President of the Dickson City Golf Authority. He also coached baseball for the Dickson City Community Club.

He was a loving, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankee fan. He enjoyed golfing with his life long buddies and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Surviving is a son, Thomas Logan III and wife, Noreen, Dickson City; two grandsons, Evan and Declan James Logan, Dickson City; a sister, Michele Bell and husband, Frank, Dickson City; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Maureen Boccardo.
