Marianne E. Kulas, 73, of Dickson City died Monday, January 25, 2021, at home after a lengthy illness.  She is survived by her husband, Frank B. Kulas.  They had been married 51 years.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Woloszyn Zabielski, and she was a member of St. Mary’s Visitation Church, Dickson City.  She was a graduate of Old Forge High School, and she had been employed as the Head of Human Resources at National Book Company.

Surviving is a daughter, Kathleen E. Casarin, and husband, Matthew Archbald; two sons, Francis B. Kulas Jr., Dickson City, and Greg Kulas, and wife, Sarah, Gray, Tenn.; five grandchildren; two sisters, Christine Faux, and husband, Donald, Falls, and Cynthia Holgash, and husband, Richard, Silver Springs, MD; sister-in-law, Debbie Zabielski Old Forge, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Edward Kulas and wife, Ann, Dickson City, Delores Skierski, Manville, NJ, Nancy Kulas, Scranton,  Art Warrick, Johnson City, N.Y.; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Zabielski, sisters-in-law Laureen Warrick, Alberta Kulas and brother-in-law, Peter Skierski.
