Tylenda, RN, 85, of Dickson City, died on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Allied Skilled Nursing Facility, Scranton. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late William V. and Josephine Mruk Tylenda, and she was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Visitation Church, Dickson City. Laureen was a graduate of Dickson City High School and the Scranton State General Hospital School of Nursing. She had been employed as a registered nurse until retirement. Surviving is a brother, Vincent, Dickson City with whom she resided, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded by brothers, Rev. Joseph Tylenda, Dr. Anthony Tylenda, Edmund Tylenda.
