So sorry to hear about my partner at E&S (Ed&Ski) Discount Beverage Center. Ski and I had a lot of fun up there. One quick story... people would be leaving the store and say goodbye to him. He wouldn’t answer them. I’d yell to them “he’s deaf, he can’t hear ya”. One day i made an appointment down the road from our store at a hearing center for him. I made him go. When he got back, I said “well, what did they say”? He said “They told me my hearing was fine”. We both laughed our asses off. We shared a lot of good times up thee. So sorry for your loss Carol and family.

I am saddened to receive the news of Ski’s passing. His presence at the SPBA clubhouse always guaranteed a day brightened with his seemingly bottomless wellspring of humor. I am grateful to Ski and Carol for their friendship and all that they contributed to atmosphere of our club. Sincerely, Richard Dooley Virginia Beach, VA
