Due to COVID-19 concerns, the funeral will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Mary’s Visitation Church, Dickson City.  Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Scott Twp.  To leave an online condolence visits the funeral home website.

I grew up with Clay as my next door neighbor in Luray. I knew him as a very kind man who enjoyed his garden and working on his house. Always enjoyed sitting on his back deck and talking. Condolences to the family.

Soar like an Eagle, fly like an angel Clay. Don't drop your accordion during flight. I have, and always will feel blessed to have known you. Your wisdom, courage, and undeniable devotion will always be the characteristics that define my memories. A gentle giant and loving soul! While those you leave behind are feeling lost and sad, there are many waiting to welcome you with open arms. I'll be listening for the music Clay. Play like no one is listening!
