Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, from 10 to 11 a.m. A blessing service will be conducted at 11 a.m. by Deacon John P. Musyt, Blessed Sacrament Church, Throop. Chester Ronald Koskowicz, 81, a resident at Aventura at Terrace View, and formerly of Olyphant, died on October 2, 2022, at Allied Hospice, Scranton.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Chester and Ann Kwiec Koskowicz. He was a graduate of Dickson City High School, and prior to retirement, he was employed in the construction industry as a roofer.

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Ann Lawrence, and husband, Jeffrey, and Karen Snyder, and husband, Vincent, both of  Newbury Park, CA; grandchildren, A.J. Lawrence, Grant, and Vianna Snyder; two sisters, Loretta Sklareski, and husband, Anthony, and Dorothy Cerminaro; nieces and nephews.

I went to school with Chet and he was one of the most fun people one could ever hope to meet. I shared some great memories with him at our last class reunion - a shining light has gone out in the world with his passing! He was a kind soul- My deepest sympathy to his family! God Bless!
