Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary of Czestochowa Church,  Eynon.  Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.   To leave an online condolence visit the funeral home website.

Barbara Malewich Clarke, 47, of Gouldsboro, beloved wife, mother, daughter, aunt, niece and cousin passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 25, 2017.  She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Clarke.

 

Born in Scranton, she is survived by her mother Kathleen Malewich Parchinski and step father Joseph Parchinski, Peckville and she was preceded in death by her father, Jack Malewich.  She was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Moscow.  Barb was a graduate of Valley View High School class of 1987 and she received an associate degree in early childhood education from Keystone College,  LaPlume, PA.  She worked as a Para-Professional in the North Pocono School District for the last nine years.

 

She loved her family, gardening, camping and her pets.  She is and will be so missed by all who knew her.  Her smile and humor are unmatched.  Our Barb.

 

Barb is survived by three children, Jacob, Sammie, Ally and nephew, Joshua all of Gouldsboro; a sister, Suzanne Eby and husband, Richard, New Mexico; brothers, David, PA and John and wife, Sarah, North Carolina; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

 

She was preceded in death by a nephew, Bret Nalesnik.

Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary of Czestochowa Church,  Eynon, concelebrated by Rev. Christopher Sahd and Rev. Robert Simon.  Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.   To leave an online condolence visit the funeral home website.
