Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City.  Services will be conducted by Rev. Jean Gayle at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment at the Dickson City Primitive Methodist Cemetery will be at a later date.  Masks are required and social distancing will be adhered to in the funeral home.  For directions or to leave an online condolence visit the funeral home website.

Ann Diehl, 84, of Scott Twp., and formerly of Dickson City, died Monday evening February 22, 2021, at home, surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin R. Diehl.  He died October 30, 1989.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Anna Thorpe Frounfelker, and she was a  member of the Dickson City Primitive Methodist Church.  She was a graduate of Dickson City High School, class of 1954, and prior to retirement, she was employed by Weston.

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed her family time, spending time with her best friend Bev, and her monthly dinners with her classmates.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Surviving are two daughters, Leslie Conserette, and husband, Frank Jr., Dunmore, and Robin Walker, and husband, David, with whom she resided, Scott Twp; four sons, Robert Diehl, and wife, Darlene, Dickson City, Kevin Diehl, and wife, Maria, Mayfield, Brian Diehl, and fiancée, Carole Rasimovich Damski, Archbald, and Shaun Diehl, and wife, Julia, Raleigh, NC; 8 grandchildren, Frank Conserette III, and wife, Ann, Jeffrey Conserette, Julie Allegrucci, and husband, Jonathan, Jason Diehl, Leann Edwards, and husband, Robert, Joshua, Zachary, and Jennifer Diehl, 3 great-grandchildren, Zofia Conserette, Kaleina Diehl, and Autumn Edwards; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Frounfelker.
