The funeral will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from the  Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, PA.  with Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. in SS Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, Olyphant.  Friends may call Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home,  Parastas 6 p.m.  Interment SS Cyril & Methodius Cemetery, Peckville.   For directions or to leave an online condolence visit the funeral home website.

Michal Bojko, 65, of Dickson City died on Saturday evening December 2, 2017.  He is survived by his wife, Olga Bojko of Slovakia.

Born in Trebisov, Slovakia, he was the son of the late Michal and Maria Ferencikova Bojko and he was a member of SS Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, Olyphant.  He was educated in Slovakia schools and he was a self-employed small engine mechanic.  He served with the US Army and he was a member of American Legion Post 644, Swoyersville and a member of the Tatra Club of Luzerne County.

Surviving are three children, Branislav, Zuzanka and Dagmarka Bojko, all of Slovakia; two grandchildren, Brunko and Branko; two sisters, Theresa Vacendak and husband, Michael, Laflin and Kamilka Tomova and husband, Joseph, Slovakia; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step mother, Maria Bojko and a brother, Nicholas Bojko and a sister, Anna Kmecova.
