The funeral will be Monday with mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Paul’s Church, 1510 Penn Ave., Scranton.  Interment Cathedral Cemetery.  There will be no public calling hours.  Arrangements are by the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City; Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.  To leave an online condolence visits the funeral home website.

Anna Marie Justave, of Scranton, died Thursday morning July 20, 2017 at the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.

 

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Casper and Anna George Justave and she was a member of St. Paul’s Church, Scranton.  A graduate of Dickson City High School she was employed by Harper Collins prior to retirement.  She was a member of the organization “Blankets For Vets”.

Anna loved to crochet, especially afghans for her family, friends, and her annual gift to St. Paul’s block party.

Surviving are a sister, Mary Elaine Justave, Scranton; nephews, Gregory Justave and wife, Jill, Clarks Summit, Mark Shuta and companion, Lori Schaepe, Dickson City, Michael Shuta and wife, Holly, Olyphant; niece, Christine Dippre and husband, James, Clarks Summit; five great nephews and one great, great nephew.

 

She was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Shuta and a niece, Lisa Shuta.
